Education & Background

Kathy earned her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she was actively involved in the academic community. During law school, Kathy served as President of the Civil Rights Law Society, leading initiatives and hosting impactful events, including police panels, guest lectures featuring prosecutors from the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, and collaborations with professors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She also helped lead community outreach efforts educating high school students on their Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights.

Kathy earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where she founded “The Young and Misguided (yMe?),” a mentorship initiative dedicated to guiding and empowering youth in the San Antonio community.

Kathy is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

She handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions and 18-wheeler accidents. Under her leadership, Adibe Law Group has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and is known for aggressively advocating against insurance companies that attempt to minimize valid claims.

Kathy’s strategic and client-centered approach ensures her clients receive the compensation they rightfully deserve. Kathy is a three-time recipient of the Super Lawyers Rising Stars distinction for 2023, 2024, and 2025, recognizing her excellence and impact in the field of personal injury law.

Prior Experience

Prior to her legal career, Kathy worked with Goodwill Industries in Houston, where she supported homeless veterans in achieving self-sufficiency through housing assistance and support services, including conducting home inspections.

Outside of her professional work, Kathy is a happy wife and proud mother of two young children. In her personal time, she enjoys walking and spending time in nature, embracing moments of balance and reflection.

Sindy believes in treating every client the way she would want to be treated-with respect, clear communication, and genuine care. Her passion for helping people through difficult situations is what drew her to the legal field and continues to motivate her work each day.

Crystal Salazar is a Case Manager at Adibe Law Group. Over the past three years, she has dedicated her work to supporting personal injury victims as they navigate the challenges of medical treatment and recovery.
